Hello Xbox.com and Enforcement Team and Microsoft Team Staffs I am New To The Forums This is my First Post I have never Posted on here ever sens I Be Came a Xbox Member Please Help me Out I just don't know why did Both of my Regular Xbox 360s Console Get
Console Banned I just don't Understand this I been a Xbox Live Member sens 2009 Its Just Unbelievable how Both of my Regular Xbox 360 Console's Got Banned Xbox Support Just Cant Believe this Either They Tried ther Best But they told me They Couldn't do nothing
about it So now I Just have to wait Patiently for The Enforcement Team to Help me out I already Contacted Xbox Support, Microsoft, and all I need to wait For is the Respond of the Enforcement Team to Help me out please and I aslo Am a Call of Duty Player and
Sports Game's Player as well and Some other Types Of Games and a Netflix Type of Person and I just wish that xbox would update the file complaint's problem's to like lets say for an example when people are going to File Complaint on your Profile and Just cause
your better then them they should fill out something that's Says why is the Reason your Reporting this Person for like lets say this for example as well like Confirming a Email Address with the Report cause people just do it for fun and that's not good Thank
you.

Console banned

Hi i logged into my Xbox and noticed that I couldn't talk in party chat or send messages I checked Xbox enfoecement there is nothing I rang the support team and they told me I was console banned and to notify you guys please help I don't understand why I
have been console banned. Serial number is [Mod Removed].

 

No one gets banned for being a better player than someone else, they certainly do not get two consoles banned for it.

As owen said,you do not get your console banned for being better than someone.

The main reason consoles are banned is because they have been modded in some way.All complaints are thoroughly investigated so something must have been done to both consoles in order for them to be banned.

Post in the link provided to find out why but you will never get the consoles unbanned.

 

No no The Reason why I Got 2 Xbox 360 Regular Console's its cause 1 of them I Got it Set up on my Living Room Down Stairs so when I have Friends or Family Members that come over in Visit me and my Wife I Put on Some Netflix for them if there's nothing Good
on Cable or me and my Wife play call of duty together. And the other xbox 360 console I Got it Set up on my Top Room for Gaming or to watch Netflix as well if we don't have any Visitors and the Reason I Said People Report you for fun for an example like lets
say if your playing Call of duty so call of duty black ops 2 is one of my Favorite's Games let say your playing on multiplayer Public Match and my Favorite Game mode is Search & Destroy you run in to a Full Team of Trick shooters they expect you to Set up
for them that's Just a waist of my time setting up for them so I end shooting them and my team ends up winning so that's when they will get mad cause there trying to Record so that's when they will be like Lets Report Them I have run into a Lot of these people
in Lobbys like these that say that I Just don't understand that cause that's not Fair thank I hope I don't have to Explain my self again unless your going to help me out thank you.

 

Once again, you do not get banned for beating other players on call of duty.

You also do not get banned if people file reports on you for fun, if you have done nothing wrong the reports will not matter.

You do not need to explain yourself again, you have been given a link of where to post.

Check your e-mail or post in the correct support forum area for a reason why.

Given the extremely high numbers of people on your friends list with "Hack", "Mod", "Lobby", etc in their names, why should we believe your claims of innocence? Their names just give more credence to my theory that the word "legit"
is the complete opposite to the word "legitimate".

 

This is just a suggestion but as you said you have two Xbox 360s, it's possible that if either one is second hand the previous owners could have tampered with the internal hardware (potentially pirating games as I've heard before)

Microsoft will NEVER console ban you for in game skill level. I highly recommend reading Xbox LIVES code of conduct and determining if you have broken any of these rules. If you are one-hundred percent sure that you have NOT breached any of these rules than
I suggest you call Xbox support (1-800-4-MY-XBOX) to possibly get some better assistance. The number is toll free, I hope you can figure out what has caused your console bans.

 

Xbox support do not deal with bans, so its pointless calling them.

Only XBLPET deal with bans, in the forum i linked.

As zen says, it amazing how many friends you have with modz in their tag.

I imagine XBLPET now knows about each and every one of them.

 

HI Iim not sure if i need to type here or else where. hope someone can help. About a week ago i was served a enforcement notice. Stating i left a obsene comment which had been removed. If anyone knows what comment this was. please let me know. Anyway since
reciving this ive looked into this enforcemeht team a bit more. My main concern is i buy loads of digital titles on this account i play quite a bit of multiplayer. i use to be chatty on the mic. but im worryed about my rep bar so i dont chat so much in multiplayer
for this reason. My main consern is loosing this account considering how much money i pored into it. Dont get me wrong i swear a bit like any gamer but i dont mean to be offensive to any individual. So with this new rep system im worryed i cant be myself incase
i offened anyone. which in turn means i cant enjoy being social. which is why i play. One last thing how do i keep my rep up?

Swearing can lead to a communication suspension,to many suspensions & you get banned.

If you get a perma ban your forfeit all digital content,live time etc.
