Xbox Ambassadors Who Abuse Status

So I am making a post about this, because it seems to be completely ignored. First of all the enforcement team needs to start reading into why posts, or accounts are being reported. Secondly I've personally seen Xbox Ambassadors who believe there status
puts them above Microsoft's Terms of Service and Code of Conduct. Just last night I caught one openly admitting to falsely reporting Live Accounts, and telling some poor girl that he can report her just for speaking out against such actions. This threat to
her, as well of the admission of false reports, was posted on one of her activity feed posts, on the very subject of how falsely reporting someone is wrong. People such as those need to be stripped of Ambassador Status, and should be suspended from live for
at least a month, as they are breaking the very Terms of Service and Code of Conduct they are supposed to uphold. The lack of proper enforcement nullifies said digital contract, rendering it meaningless, as the system is being abused in a very big way. If
the enforcement team can't do their job, Microsoft should find people like me, who care enough about customer service, and hire us instead, as it seems like the current team cant be trusted to care enough to actually investigate each report claim. In closing,
to whomever reads this at support, take this information to your supervisors, and get this message up the chain of command, as I'm certain losing customers to this issue won't fly.

You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

 

As an ambassador you should know that the enforcement team do not use the forums.You should also know that the enforcement team investigate all reports so if someone does file a false report nothing will happen.

In fact,if someone keeps filing false reports then they run the risk of being suspended for abusing the reporting system.

If you think someone is abusing the report function or their ambassador status then report them via your console
