Xbox ambassadors sign up takes my correct gamertag, as wrong

Yes that's correct but I can't actually access the Ambassador section because I changed my gamertag. In the past whenever an Ambassador changed his/her gamertag they needed to inform the Ambassador staff (or by email) so their profile could be updated within
their system.

Maybe that's changed now as I haven't been on for a couple of months however, I could be wrong.

Are you sure that you are enrolled in the Xbox Ambassador program?

Are you signed into the correct account?

Feel free to Goggle the first word in his name.

But it refers to the perineum region of the body and is commonly used as slang.

If XBL notices it when he signs up for the Ambassador program, they may exclude him from it.

microsoftstore.com is your best bet. Make sure you sign in with the correct Microsoft Account Email that is associated to your Gamertag. A lot of people confuse their Xbox Gamertag contact email as their Xbox Microsoft Account since they get emails there
about their Gamertag. Make sure if you use Windows 8, that you are signed into the correct account. You can check your Xbox Billing Activity at commerce.microsoft.com. If you don't see the charge, then you are signed into the wrong email...
