    Xbox Ambassadors Program - Permissions Denied


    Hello, I've been an ambassador for just about over two years now and recently while signing into xcl.xbox.com I was redirected to this page: Xbox Ambassadors which stated "You have
    been removed from the Xbox Ambassadors Program. This could be due to a lapse in your Xbox Live Gold Membership or an Enforcement
    action on your account    . For additional support, please visit the Ambassadors Access Forum." I don't understand how this can be possible when
    I was able to sign in a day prior with no issues at all. Now I've been stripped of my badge as an ambassador and I would like to know exactly why. The only enforcement action that has ever been placed on my account was well over a year ago when somebody was
    falsely reporting me.

    Xbox Live Ambassador Permission Denied

    I keep getting the permission denied on the xbox live ambassadors page. I know this due because of my xbox live running out can someone fix it please/

    Since you've had an enforcement action on your account, you can no longer be an ambassador. That is one of the requirements and there is no way around that.

    but how does that work? got reported because of calling a player to stop beaing an "****" for trashtalking, I mean he took it badly and reported me, oh well, there it went :(
    You never read the handbook? Pretty sure it was clear on those issues

    Even the terms of use is clear on that

    xbox ambassdor help

    The reason you are seeing this message is due to one of the following reasons:

    • · You are already in our program records as a valid, active Ambassador
    • · You were initially denied from entry into the program
    • · You have already applied and are still in our pending queue of applications (processed Tuesdays & Fridays)


    You were removed from the program due to one of the following reasons:



      • Violating the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use or Code of Conduct
      • Violating the Xbox Ambassador Community Guidelines
      • Inactivity of greater than 60 days
      • Not upholding the standards of the Ambassadors program
    So according to the second bullet "You were initially
    denied from entry into the program" and that corrisponds to the email that states you were not accepted to be come an Ambassador, sorry about that.

    There a many reasons you can be denied entry in to the program including, the program may be full and the may not be needing any more Ambassadors.

    Q: Why did I get rejected from the program?



    We reserve the right to reject a user from the program without notice or reason, but the vast majority of rejections are because applicants have had some Xbox LIVE Enforcement action taken against them.



    Please note: Official Microsoft agents on Twitter @XboxSupport and the Xbox.com Support Forums will be unable to provide further details regarding your case.



    I would recommend possibly trying again at a later time.
