Xbox Ambassadors Controller Case

Hello!

I appear to have been rewarded with a "Xbox Ambassadors Controller Case" in my reward list.

I dont seem to have had any emails or messages from anyone though. Any idea who I ask about this?

I have no idea about the reliability of the product or the company though. I'd be careful with buying controller shells, don't want to waste money on a shoddy product.

You're going to want to post Ambassador related rewards questions in the
Ambassy. However physical rewards from season 8 haven't gone out yet.

That's a long time to have one controller, although I respect the care you've taken of the controller. I would venture to believe you need a new controller. as an Xbox ambassador I don't think I'm supposed to endorse the purchase of a product to solve
a problem, but I think honestly that is a solution in this case.

I guess we could have hoped that an Xbox Ambassador would know what he’s talking about… it is indeed Xbox that need to work on this issue to allow third party controllers (in our case the wheel) to execute the buttons individually and not through the original Xbox controller. Sincerely hoping they fix this, we’re almost in 2024 and this whole thing still being a problem is a joke.

I would try to see if there is an update for your controller. Then try the troubleshooting step left byt he other ambassadors. Worst case you might have to see if your still covered by your warranty and get a new controller.

The problem is that here in Brazil such a control is very expensive. It is 1/3 of a minimum wage. Is there no solution to this?
