Hi i applied by this page Xbox Ambassadors

but am still unsure how it works despite reading through

how do actually become one will i be contacted?

what do i do now just help others and ill gain xp?

will i hear anything by email

You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

 

Rumor, MS is expanding voluntary tech supports

They've been using ambassadors for chat support for some time now. So in a way, they kind of were.

 

Hey Messiah, they use to send out emails welcoming you to the program and giving you access to the ambassador forums, but I think they have stopped that. If its been a few days since you applied to the program go ahead and send a PM to on of the support
agents asking them to look into the issue for you. You could also tweet @XboxSupport to have thwm pass your information along to the Ambassador team.

Well if you have a profile on xcl.xbox.com then you are in the program. The ambassador badge has yet to be added to your gamercard here on xbox.com. You can now begin helping out here on the forums or in chat. And when I say support agent I mean a forum
support agent.

and do you earn XP for posting on the forums

 

I have to check on the badges as I have not been following the program announcements to closely lately. To earn XP you can either do chats, Enforcement United(if over 18) or by answering questions in the support forums.

also am assuming if i go round spamming the forums with normal posts XP wont work?it has to be on the support forums not normal chat forums
