xbox ambassador

count yourselves lucky, xbox tried to repeatedly withdraw 600 pounds from my account before i even received the replacement console, my bank account has been frozen 'due to fraudulent activity', xbox support were like thats right????? after explaining the
situation multiple times they said there was nothing they could do and would escalate the matter, meanwhile i have to wait 3-4 business days to even be able to use an atm, let alone all the other *** i now have to sort out

yeah, i found for a couple of people who could'nt download freebies on their consoles that verifying their accounts or adding an extra proof seemed to work

i contacted support by phone and they said use the link on xbox.com and in chat support they said it was a scam, i called the number in the email anyway and the guy said we need your credit card details to bill you, dont worry it only costs a pound. scam
of the year? or just badly managed? either way i am not adding cc details

yeah i was confused as chat support said it was'nt legit, so before telling anyone to bin the email i thought i would confirm things for myself, i called the number 0800 026 0329 (which is the european marketplace number) the guy's English was'nt too good
which didnt help and he didnt seem to know what i was talking about but would take any cc details i could give him : /
