    So I joined the xbox ambassador program but when I go to missions it says that I am not a member butwhen I go to profile it tells me I have been a member since July and that I have xp for completing questionnaires please help as I would like to help out

    You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

    Rumor, MS is expanding voluntary tech supports

    They've been using ambassadors for chat support for some time now. So in a way, they kind of were.

    Hi did you get an email introducing your ACE? This is the person to talk too. There are a few bugs with the system currently. Mine is it doesnt log my twitter responder messages against missions. But the ACEs are fantastic and details to contact them
    directly can also be found in the Ambassadors Handbook. The discord channel is also a great place to reach out to them.

    This is an odd one.

    Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies, different browser, different device, logging out and back in (if you are remaining logged in).

    Also reach out to your ACE, and it might even be worth posting this in the Ambassador discord channel. Maybe someone will be able to help.

    Are you sure you are a xbox ambassador? it doesn't have you listed as a ambassador under your name like the rest of the ambassadors
    Ambassadors who have not completed the ambassador quizzes won't have that nomanature in forums
