    I’m not receiving xp for my ambassador missions, i just started out and i’m very new to it, please help, ive done a few missions and quests and got nothing even though it says i am suppsed to get xp for completing them...

    If it's been over 24 hours and they still haven't updated, use the link at the very bottom of the site to report it as a bug.

    Also, please remember to keep Ambassador related issues in the Ambassador forum (when you gain access). If you need further assistance in the meantime, please reach out to a CM or you can use the Discord server.

    If things are still the same as they used to be Ambassadors earn rewards by getting XP and a place on a leaderbord for verified answers etc.

    Hence it’s a scramble for that XP.

    There may be a reason you see more than the usual amount of Ambassadors on the forums as I believe their live chat option hasn’t worked for months so getting that XP is more difficult.

    My XP in the build up! why?

    They have been having bug issues with the XP. I have talked to the account user xboxambassador one of the lead ambassadors for xbox live and he has stated that the bug was created after the new site came for the ambassadors. They are still working to fix
    this. Once the bug has been removed your XP will rise along with the amount of people you helped.
