Xbox Ambassador White Screen

Hello, everyone,

and it's about the fact that yesterday I tried to get the ambassador badge.
I signed up as usual via (Google Chroome) on the site and just had to accept the pledges for the requirements. I did that after I entered my gamertag there and clicked on okay, but unfortunately there was only a white screen on the Ambassador page and
that is now every time I log in with my profile.

With my second account it goes weird white?

I was also several times in support now but unfortunately nobody could help me there so I hope that someone here is someone who had the same problem as me.
