    Hello there my name is Alex, my Xbox gamer-tag is: .

    I was suspended off the Xbox Ambassador Program back in January after being in the program for a day. I have tried contacting the Xbox ambassadors through twitter as well as emailing them with no reply. When I was banned I received
    a message on Xbox which states:

    This message is to inform you that you have been removed from the Xbox Ambassador Program, due on or more of the following reasons:

    -Unacceptable behavior in Ambassador Chat.

    -Unbecoming behavior in the official Xbox forums.

    -Patterns of cheating in the program on this account.

    -Violating the Xbox Ambassadors terms of use.

    Thank you for your interest in the program and all the best,

    Xbox Ambassadors Team.

    When I first contact the Ambassadors on twitter I got this message:

    "Hey there, thanks for reaching out to us. The removal decision would be final. The message you received over Xbox Live may have one of the reasons for your removal. Each item listed there may not be what caused the removal. Thank
    you for your interest in the program and all the best,

    The Xbox Ambassadors Team"

    I want to make a formal complaint for two reasons: 1) I gave them enough time for them to respond to the further messages I sent them. 2) I now suspect they are ignoring me purposely.

    The reasons they banned me off the program is ludicrous, I have been unable to find any other solution as I cannot go on the Ambassador Forums. I want to have a formal Discussion with somebody on the program to assist me in sorting out this issue as the
    ambassadors on twitter helped me in no way shape or form.

    The reasons they provided me for being banned off the program is ridiculous, I did nothing wrong their program, i behaved professionally, responsibly and with respect by following their terms of service. I am requesting whether I
    can join the program as its within myself to help the Xbox community.

    You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

    I have forwarded on this post to one of the staff in the Ambassador program that may be able to help.

    Not making any promises that anything can be done here, but if there is I'm confident they would know what to do in this situation.

    You should just be able to join through the Xbox Ambassadors website. Since the suspension was a long time ago and you've never been an Ambassador it should just let you join. The requirement is to not have any suspensions within the last year and to just
    not get suspended while an Ambassador. Preferably you aren't supposed to have any bans/suspensions/enforcement actions but since 2014 was 5 years ago it should be okay.

    Target Banned with no Support from Xbox

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. If there is no case review available, then all you can do is wait out the suspension.

    As far as the Ambassador program, you can email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff, but receiving a suspension as an Ambassador results in a permanent ban from the program.
