Xbox Ambassador Sign Up Page Broken?

I'm trying to sign up to become an Xbox Ambassador, but I'm having issues with the "Apply" page. There's nothing shown on the page besides the top bar, banner, and my profile. I've tried multiple web browsers and computers, but it still doesn't want to work.

X Box ambassador

I attempted to log on to the new enforcement page and it said that I am not a xbox ambassador how ever I did sign up.

I've been to your ambassador page to sign up and the page won't load and it tells me to contact support with error code
A53CDA07-B5FE.

 

Lets hope they fix that soon,we are dangerously low on ambassadors at the moment.
