    Xbox Ambassador Sign Up Issue


    Hi,

    So I went to sign up for the ambassador program. Looked at the qualifications and I met them all. Then when I clicked apply and it started looking at my account it said I don't have an active gold subscription....Which is strange....because I do...Any help
    folks?

    If you recently surpassed 1500 gamerscore, give it a day or so for the system to register that you have met all the requirements.

    The Ambassador and Support teams are aware of the site issues when trying to apply for the Ambassador program. Give it a couple of days to allow them to work out the issues from a recent update and you should be good to apply again.

    Xbox Ambassador Sign Up Issue

    To qualify for xbox ambassador you should:

    • Be at least 17 years of age or older
    • Have at least 1500 Gamerscore
    • Have no prior Enforcement actions against your account
    • Have an active Xbox Live Gold Membership (No Trials or Shared Gold)
    Make sure you have a paid gold membership.

    Hey there Shadow580!

    Did you just recently renew your Xbox Live Gold subscription? Sometimes it takes a day or so to reflect on the Ambassador website.

    Hm, are you sure you have over 1500G? :p

    Just a little over... so I assume it was not within the past week or so, which generates errors sometimes...

    Some other things - how often have you tried to apply?

    Did you ever leave it for more than 48 hours before trying again, or have you been trying immediately?

    If not, just leave it for a period of 48 hours then try again.

    Have you renewed, or started, this current Gold subscription within the past week? If so, wait a week then try again.

    If neither of those applies, send one of the 'Mister' or 'Misses' Support agents a PM.

    Is it Miss Ermine you sent a PM to? If it's been a couple weeks it's probably slipped through a crack somewhere and not been seen. Either bump the PM or send another 'Mister' or 'Misses' Support Agent one and wait for a response.
