    Hello, I have been an ambassador since March, I got Platinum in S14 and was supposed to be contacted and sent the Xbox Ambassadors Beach Towel. However, I was never contacted and have yet to receive said reward :/ What can I do?

    have a look through all your email folders for the address confirmation email.

    I received my email on the 22nd July, so check a few days either side of that date.

    How do I do that? It says I'm an ambassador, I haven't done much this season but last season I was on a roll and in Top 100 for ages until I moved houses with no internet for a while.
