Xbox ambassador removed

Hey, anyone who could help me I was wondering, I got banned for voice communication awhile back for something I never did and never said anything wrong and it removed me as an Xbox ambassador and when I talked to someone on Xbox support the same day I
was banned they said that I shouldn't have been banned but I couldn't get it lifted since it wasn't over three days it was just 24 hours and I wanna be an ambassador again, what do I have to do or when will I he allowed to be one again?

If you wish to have them look into getting you back in the program, as far as i know once you get an enforcement action you will not be able to rejoin the program. Yet every case is different .

You'll need to wait to hear back from Ambassador staff via the email. Ambassador issues are not handled via the forums.

An ambassador was reinstated with the same issue as yourself a few days ago. They posted on here and someone reinstated them, so fingers crossed and sit tight!

Contact your CM or any other. Any ban is automatical removal from ambassador program. But, try to explain.
