Xbox Ambassador removed for invalid reason

Hi my name is James and I got removed from the Ambassador program due to a Comm ban on my account even though it wasn't my fault they had sent abusive and inappropriate messages to me.

I reported it before replying and after an hour with no response i got a ban even though I sent me report before hand I still got a ban and I already spoke with someone at Microsoft and this is the first time that this has happened and I wanted to get it
lifted cause I was only trying to calm them down to understand why I was getting the brunt force of the aggression.

The person I spoke with on the chat that can support this is Michael R.

Removed as Ambassador

Hi there,

when removed from the Xbox Ambassador Program you usually will receive a message with the reason for the removal.

 

Another option to report players

You USED to be an ambassador as you still appear on the leaderboard but looks like they removed your priveledges for some reason

 

If you have received enforcement action on your account there is no way to return to the Ambassadors program. Having a clean enforcement record is required to continue within the program.

Support does not handle enforcement the only way to contact them is via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com.
