Xbox ambassador removal

I'm not exactly sure where to ask this as I couldn't get into the forums on my computer, it's been acting goofy. I used to be an Xbox Ambassador (I say used to but I wasn't ever aware I got removed, or if I even did.) I was just curious what happen or if
it happens over a long time of not being active. I know I got an newsletter email this month so it had to have occurred recently I'm guessing. I also had a gamertag change from Juggalo XII to this one now. If someone could just let me know, I'd greatly appreciate
it. Thanks.

Xbox Ambassador - Removal

Hi,

About a year and a half ago, I was removed from the Ambassador Program because I believe I attempted to start a chat with myself while I was on the same IP. I'm not entirely sure and can't really remember.

I have posted about this before and I was wondering whether I could be added back to the program as I did not know the reason I was removed in the first place.

Sorry for posting about this again.

Hi,

if you were active prior too Nov 2015, then you will need to Apply again, since the program did a all new fresh start at that time.

So please try and go to community.xbox.com/ambassadors and try to Apply

Ok, thanks I did. I just wasn't sure if it had something to do with the gamertag change.

If you wish to have them look into getting you back in the program, as far as i know once you get an enforcement action you will not be able to rejoin the program. Yet every case is different .

You'll need to wait to hear back from Ambassador staff via the email. Ambassador issues are not handled via the forums.

An ambassador was reinstated with the same issue as yourself a few days ago. They posted on here and someone reinstated them, so fingers crossed and sit tight!

Contact your CM or any other. Any ban is automatical removal from ambassador program. But, try to explain.
