Xbox Ambassador Profile Level Reset

It's been two years since I used the Xbox Ambassador site to help others but there was a time where I used it A LOT. I figured since I am unable to use my console right now while I wait on tech support, I would see if I could help others. Turns out I had
to rejoin the program and when I did, it set me as a level one. Is this a mistake? The level is really the only thing you get for investing time to help others without pay.

Preview Program Level, do you know yours?

You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

they are working on it im sure i got all my xp today but my level hasnt gone up either now all i get is page loading and cnt go any further . its expected to have problems being beta

It's best to post in the Ambassador forums for help with the program, but no it's not a mistake. The program changed over a year ago and everyone had to rejoin. It now works on seasons, so each season everyone starts over.

They've done at least a little somthing to remedy this already as some of the missing XP has been added to peop,e's accounts today.

Sorry you're having the issue, but rest assured you're not alone! The site is new and they are still working through a few bugs!

Rest assured that all xp and tenure is still being tracked, so just continue helping people and it will be updated as the community team can!
