Xbox Ambassador profile Help

Hello,

I have a problem with my ambassador profile, when I'm logged in and go on missions etc. it tells me to join the programm again,but I' m already an ambassador since 2013. My profile is completely bugged, it shows 220/75xp and other weird things.

I hope someone in the forum can help me and knows a fix, or a moderator could help me so I can use my Ambassador profile like normal.

xboxambs@microsoft.com and they can take a look into it for you.

Nope tryed contacting twitter they cant help and when i clikc on my prifile it says

There was a problem finding that profile or connecting to the profile service.

This is common when:

- The Ambassador does not exist

- The Ambassador is going through a profile change (such as Gamertag or Windows Live ID change).

Still no improves, my profil still hasnt been fixed

i joined xbox live in 2009 not june 2022 + the ambassador statut should be under my profil

I can see that you are a Xbox live ambassador because you have the Ambassador Badge on your profile.

Try going to your profile again at ambassadors.xbox.com then click Take Me to My Profile
