Xbox ambassador pledge

hello.

I tried to join Xbox Ambassador community. i have only one last step undone. The Xbox Ambassador Pledge. When i wrote my gamertag it says: The Gamertag you entered does not match the Gamertag listed on your Xbox profile.
Please check the accuracy and try again. But i am sure there is no mistake in gamertag. could you help, please?

The website itself has been a little hit or miss for the past couple of days, but it's being worked on. You can try going through https://ambassadors.microsoft.com/xbox/ambassador-pledge to
get to the pledge. If that still doesn't work, you may want to try another browser or try waiting a bit and then try again. If it still doesn't work, you'll want to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com to contact Ambassador staff for assistance.

Try clearing your browser's cookies/cache (you may also want to make sure you're signed out of xbox.com as well with this as that has helped in the past). Try another browser. Try incognito mode. If none of that works,
