Xbox ambassador pledge not working!

I went to join the awesome ambassador program and help the community to the best of my ability, but when I signed the pledge it went through the refreshed back to the pledge page again. I try to resign but it times out every time. Plus when I click "report
a bug" it says I cannot access the page without being an ambassador first... can someone please help?? I called support and they said use Microsoft edge which I have 5 times now haha. Thanks!

There are known issues with the site currently. Staff will not be back until tomorrow at 9am PT. If you're still having issues with it after that, email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.

Try clearing your browser's cookies/cache (you may also want to make sure you're signed out of xbox.com as well with this as that has helped in the past). Try another browser. Try incognito mode. If none of that works,
try emailing xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.

The website itself has been a little hit or miss for the past couple of days, but it's being worked on. You can try going through https://ambassadors.microsoft.com/xbox/ambassador-pledge to
get to the pledge. If that still doesn't work, you may want to try another browser or try waiting a bit and then try again. If it still doesn't work, you'll want to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com to contact Ambassador staff for assistance.
