I know a level 3 ambassador who got one. Also, lots of people on twitter who arent even ambassadors who won

 

My console keeps locking up every time I try and install a new game.

I sent support a message to support but all they said was give a day or so i waited then contacted them back two days later but again told to wait a week this time

'Helpee' for the questioner, we never ask for GT or any other personal details. Prizes (loot) unlocks pretty much straight away - the forum badges took a good few weeks to be 'automatically added'.

 

Aren't there like 200,000 ambassadors or some crazy number like that?? lol!

i signed up to be one and was one for about 3 years level 4 did loads of stuff i helped alot of folk out then one day i put this ********* i didnt swear i just put the stars and i got banned and removed some sony pony got me removed yes im bothered by it
but these forums r a joke half the time only a few mods on here are real good most r just power hungry

 

BizzarroMantis, that wouldn't surprise me at all. Every gamer and their dog is an ambassador now if they know what one is.

When I first joined these forums it was quite a recognised thing that you had to apply or be nominated for in waves and every application was reviewed. Then, when I originally applied (via e-mail with a cover letter style application) it seemed like they
weren't even looked at as even the people who sent in joke applications were accepted. Now you simply press one button on a website and are accepted within 48 hours.

Don't get me wrong, it's great that the system is so accessible but you could question the credibility of the answers given by the guy with the badge.

Delays like this can sometimes happen. I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you still have issues then I would suggest heading over to the support forums or (like 24 suggested) tweet the support fleet. I will lock this up now as there is not really a lot
