    Xbox Ambassador Page Issue


    Hello, I have a problem with the xbox ambassador page, the first time I entered it was normal and I put my gamertag, but the loading logo had taken a long time so I close the page, and every time I try to enter the page I the page comes out blank and says "loading" but it takes time and does nothing. And if I open it in a new browser or device it works fine at first but I set it to be an ambassador, the same thing I explained happens. I do not know what to do. Is this normal or not working because my account was looped? Thank you

    Try clearing your browser's cookies/cache, try another browser, or try private browsing. If you still have issues, email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.

    If your region on Xbox.com is set to anything other than US, you'll have to type in the "ambassadors.xbox.com/en-US" part manually, or just bookmark the page. :)

    It's an issue due to having the Ambassador badge. If you turn it off on the Ambassador site, your profile will appear on the social page.
