    This problem has still not been fixed, All i was told is that I'm not ambassador and that I got an email .

    This is incorrect, I am an ambassador as I stated that I can see my stats and that it even says that I am part of the ambassador program.

    And I did not receive any emails about this.

    I would like this problem sorted now as I have spent almost 2 weeks asking for help with this and still not received it.

    Preview Program Level, do you know yours?

    You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

    Trying to become an Ambassador.

    The ambassador page is new and still has a few glitches to it. Give it a few days and try again. They should have it fixed by then.

    Yep I replied to his first PM 10 days ago, still no reply. Have now messaged him again but I am disgusted at the help from xbox support.
