    Preview Program Level, do you know yours?

    You sure that isn't the XBOX ambassador level? (I think ambassador is the right namelol)

    Account Banned Falsely

    So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

    I was an ambassador last year. But it stopped for some reason, maybe because I changed my xbox live email? I clicked apply and then it said I was a ambassador and have access to the ambassabank but it gives me that error

    Please do not bump threads. You only made the thread 4 hours ago. Bumping the thread will only decrease your chances of getting help. Be patient. Support answers thread from oldest to newest. They'll get to you eventually.

    Hey there drxbox,

    I've done some tinkering on your profile to get things behaving. Please try signing out of the ambassador site and signing back in before you try the Ambassabank again.

    The issue is an ambassador issue and should be in the correct forum. This is the support forum for xbox live account problems not ambassador problems. The correct place is the ambassador support forum. Changes are your questions about ambassadors problems
    will not get answered here. They will only get answered in the ambassador support forum.
