xbox ambassador error? support code: ff88fe95-a92a-4449-9bf3-cf2aa6ed11b8

Hello all, I signed up for the Xbox Ambassador program, but everytime I try to answer it says that " It can not verify me", also it says join which in fact I already did. Can anyone assist me in this matter?

This is what it says when I attempt to answer a question

Rumor, MS is expanding voluntary tech supports

They've been using ambassadors for chat support for some time now. So in a way, they kind of were.

 

My console keeps locking up every time I try and install a new game.

Xbox Ambassadors Assistants up in here...Who needs tech support.

 

Did you get the email verification? Your forums ID does not show the ambassador badge. If you got the email, and did everything it said, I would contact one of the official support people to see what is going on.

 

an email, I don't believe I did also I signed up for the Enforcement United and it identified me as an Ambassador. I just signed up as an Ambassador this morning at 9 mst.

 

I am having the same problem, and when I go to the forum link, it says group not found.

The best place for you to put this is the Ambassador Support Forums. That will ensure that the correct people see it and follow up with you to help resolve the matter.

@XOXOSAMMi: What Cloud says is correct, but seeing as you say you cannot see that part of the forums go ahead and send Miss Ermine a PM using the link at the foot of this post (forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/xbox_360_support/f/12/t/442533.aspx)
and she should be able to give you forum access so you can post about your issue in Ambassador Support.
