Xbox Ambassador enforcement action

Hello there my name is Jahvaun, my Xbox gamer-tag is: MONSTERMANIA167

I was suspended off the Xbox Ambassador Program back in January 11 of 2020 after being in the program for a day. I have tried contacting the Xbox ambassadors through twitter as well as emailing them with no reply. When I was banned I received a message on
Xbox which states:

This message is to inform you that you have been removed from the Xbox Ambassador Program, due on or more of the following reasons:

-Unacceptable behavior in Ambassador Chat.

-Unbecoming behavior in the official Xbox forums.

-Patterns of cheating in the program on this account.

-Violating the Xbox Ambassadors terms of use.

I did not say anything like this before so i was not even online and i was already a member and got ineligible to be apart of the program this is really unfair. I never said this someone were using my account it can't be me because this is very sad for me
and the program help me to join back even if the policy get changed. Because i got another to join back but it is not working anymore.

If you've had enforcement action then you would of been removed from the ambassador program which is why you can't access the ambassador page.

You can not be an xbox ambassador if you have had any enforcement action on your account.

Hi there,

the removal from the Xbox Ambassadors program is a direct result of receiving an enforcement action. Currently the only option that could result in getting you back in the Xbox Ambassador program would be to have the enforcement action reverted/overturned, which is only possible via a succesful Case Review on the Enforcement website, but as mentioned by others not all enforcement actions will have an option to do a Case Review.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are interested in learning how to check your Enforcement actions, and how enforcement actions affect your qualification for the Xbox Ambassador Program. You need
to log in to the
Xbox Enforcement website with your Microsoft account in order to check your Enforcement actions. There is a section of the website that explains how to check your Enforcement history.

To be eligible to join the Xbox Ambassadors program, you must:

Be at least 17 years old
Have a Xbox Gamerscore of 1500 and above
Have an active Xbox Live Gold membership
Have no previous Enforcement actions on your Xbox Live account (Any enforcement actions that occur while you are an Ambassador will disqualify you from the Ambassador program)

Unless something changes with the program's requirements, you cannot become an ambassador if you've ever had enforcement action on your account. There is no way to remove suspensions from your history.
