Xbox Ambassador complaint

Tonight I encountered an Xbox Ambassador who was repeatedly messaging, pretty much harassing me. Not only that he was attempting to bait my friend and I into saying the wrong thing so he could report us, he even said so. He was incredibly rude and its a
bit concerning that these are the people that run the community. It was very clear he was simply trying to abuse whatever power he has. His GT is [mod removed] and i have the screen shots if you'd like to see.

Seriously? How impatient are you? That's exactly one minute after you posted this thread.

To answer you question it is quite easy to complain against Ambassadors. Provided your complaint is justified. Meaning the Ambassador in question is breaching the Terms of Use.

Xbox Ambassadors are not Xbox staff, and must
abide by the exact rules you do. If an Ambassador breaks those rules, they are subject to the same consequences you do, plus expulsion from the Ambassador program. If you have a legitimate complaint about a particular Ambassador,
you should make that complaint.

If you have an issue with an Ambassador on the Xbox, go into their profile, and use the "File Complaint" options. Have some patience, as every complaint made (against everyone) must be fully investigated before any action is
taken.

If you have an issue with an Ambassador on these forums, simply report their forum post by clicking on the circle with a slash through it, and explain why you're reporting them.
If you have an issue with an Ambassador on the Ambassador chat, there are instructions at the beginning of the chat on what you need to do to report them.

If you haven't done so already, you would need to report him through his profile so the enforcement team can investigate and take the appropriate action. If he is suspended, he will be removed from the program as well.

Ambassadors are just fellow gamers and don't have any kind of power.

Yup, it's that simple, Ambassadors have no power that you don't have, maybe our reports have more merit but either way, I doubt that and your reports are still investigated. The only thing us Ambassadors have special is a nice little badge on our Xbox
account that lets other people know that we are what is supposed to be a representation of the Xbox community. I doubt this person is said representer and it would be best if you filed a report with appropriate information given, they will then be given the
right consequences and will no longer be an Ambassador.
