    Xbox Ambassador Chat Problem


    Hi, I am an xbox ambassador and whenever I try to use the chat it says "Sorry, it looks like we couldn’t validate your Ambassadorship! Please sign out, and then sign back in with your Microsoft Account. If you’re still unable to use Ambassador Chat
    after these steps, please make a post in the Ambassadors Support Forum (http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/ambassadorchat/f/2590.aspx), and include the following support code: 64d0f7aa-86d1-4a72-b89f-e4de91447c2a" I have tried logging off and
    on into my account and nothing has changed, and plus that website doesnt work... Please help!

    Rumor, MS is expanding voluntary tech supports

    They've been using ambassadors for chat support for some time now. So in a way, they kind of were.

    Becoming an Xbox Live Ambassador

    Can someone Help? I'm an Ambassador but since the new re-do for Ambassadors the MSN Xbox Ambassador chat doesn't work for me anymore. Anybody else got this problem?

    If you are able to accesses the Ambassador Support Forums please post their with the information you provided here. Since the Xbox Ambassador Program chat went into a Huge Upgrade change these last two-three days they are asking any Ambassadors having problems
    after to post In the Ambassador Support Forums. if your un-able to Post their please PM a Official Support Rep.

    Hello,

    I heard that clearing your Internet Temp. Folder and clearing the Chace. After that restart your PC and try again. Also, try a different browser. If this does not help please post in the Ambassador Support Forums.
