Xbox Ambassador Can pull ips?

Ambassadors are not admins. We are just fellow gamers. That user is also not an Ambassador. If you haven't already, report his messages or report him via his profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate him.

I am not an ambassador anymore but I have some helpful tips revolving around pulling Ips through friends. Just appear offline and change your name to saying "Im Online" not the gamertag, but the name. I have had people test this and I can give you a solid
answer that this infact works. Hope you found this helpful. Revovlving around the IP pulling in party chat. Simply join party through the xbox app, it is prtected there and they cannot pull your IP through the app on PC or on mobile. I also tried that theory

No just one of those pop-up ads on the internet that tries to scare you into buying some sort of virus software or something. It would just be something to ignore.

It sounds more like a pop-up ad in Edge than anything else. Unless you received an actual message from another user on Live, you wouldn't get any notifications of someone using your IP address.
