Xbox Ambassador Bug (Saying I don't have live)

Hello, I am trying to join the Xbox Ambassadors program / Enforcement Program but its saying I don't have live when I do. My live doesn't run out until 5/22, so I don't understand why I am having this issue. What should I do? I already tried deleting / signing
back into my GT on my X1

I actually had the same issue when I was signing up, all I did was gave it a few days and tried again. The system seems a little buggy and after all it is still beta . Try clearing the system cache on your PC and also try using internet explore, when doing
Ambassador stuff that's what I do. Hope this helps

They have been having bug issues with the XP. I have talked to the account user xboxambassador one of the lead ambassadors for xbox live and he has stated that the bug was created after the new site came for the ambassadors. They are still working to fix
this. Once the bug has been removed your XP will rise along with the amount of people you helped.

Thank you for reaching out to us today. If your account has a paid for subscription for Xbox Live but it's saying you need the subscription, then your console may just need a full reboot. Try a hard reset by holding down the power button on the Xbox for
10 seconds and then power cycle it by unplugging the power supply from the Xbox for a few minutes. If that doesn't work, try going to Xbox Support to contact one of our
support agents so that we can troubleshoot your Gold subscription from our end. Let us know if that works!

I'm sorry to hear there's an issues signing into Fortnite. Do you have the
Xbox Gold Subscription? Are you playing on Xbox One or Windows 10?
