    Xbox Ambassador Badge


    My ambassador badge is no longer on my account due to me not buying my gold subscription on this account. But I still have a gold subscription that I can use due to me sharing from my 2nd account in my eyes I should still have my ambassador access, this
    was never explained that I needed a gold subscription to keep my ambassador access too.

    Can someone from the enforcement team please email me regarding this?

    It shows that you are an Xbox Ambassador, at least you have the Ambassador badge. It seems fixed now.

    The enforcement team does not handle the ambassador program. You can try sending a message to XboxAmbassadors or Mister Sconnie over Live but the Ambassadors site does state that one of the requirements is to have a gold subscription.

    I was told by xbox support that the enforcement team deal with ambassadors, and I was also told "you can only contact them through the xbox forums"

    But thanks, any reason why I would no longer have my badge?

    Once you're removed from the program you lose the badge.

    but why was I removed initially? I haven't left, and support said the reason is due to my gold membership running out. Which is just rediculous, and you do not seem to believe the reason is.

    I never even had an email to say I had been removed for 'X' reason. Made a post and realised the badge was gone.

    Xbox Ambassador Badge

    One of the requirements is to have a gold subscription. Since you no longer have gold on your account (sharing wouldn't count), you may have been removed from the program.

    How can Earn a Microsoft Profile Badge on my Xbox Account?

    If you are talking about the badges that Phil Spencer and Major Nelson has on their profiles then you would need to work for Microsoft/Xbox. As those badges are given to employees only.

    Xbox Ambassadors does get a badge that shows that they are Ambassadors. Need to join the program and reach the bronze tier to qualify for the badge.

    The only badges for non-employees are the Ambassador badge and Xbox MVP.
