    Awhile ago my acount was taken and used, the person that took it got me a 24 hour mesage ban. Now i no longer can get into the xbox ambassador program can anyone help me?

    Having a clean enforcement record is one of the requirements for joining the Ambassador program. Unfortunately there is no way to remove that suspension from your record. Sorry.

    Unfortunately one of the prerequisites of the Ambassador program is an account that has had no enforcement punishments on it.

    The only solution for you would be to create another account that you with to use with the Ambassador Program.

    cannot connect to enternet or xbox live

    not bashing the ambasadors at all. MS keeps everyone in the dark and don't give ambasadors tools to truly help. the links and torublshooting listed on this website may help some issues but when a update is released with flaws MS should provide the proper
    tools to the ambasadors. But 1 piece of advise to them is please don't explain to us there is no signs of a issue with this update, the urks us beyond belief. I appreciate all the ambasadors time with all the posts regarding this issue.

    If you've applied, and been denied, there's not much else that can be done.

    You can still help people without being an Ambassador.

    it tells you how you will be accepted on the ambassador page, so just read on the ambassador page and it will tell you why you were denied
