Xbox Ambasador and Enforcement.

Hey guys.

First time coming to the community for awnswers but dont know where else to ask.

Back in 2017 my little cousin and his friend managed to get a 24 hour comms ban on my account.

(Silly me for telling him to just play on my account instead of adding his to my xbox)

I never had the option to appeal it and in all fairness I just took it on the chin, I thaught just wait the 24 hours and crack on.

Fast forward to now and my passion for Xbox as a brand and platform has grow a huge amount. (I'm the kinda fan boy that wears Xbox slippers )

With that in mind I wanted to get involved more with the community and saw the Ambasador program, after trying to apply it said I was denied access clearly due to the previous enforcemnet.

I have searched high and low to see if theres any way or anything I can do. Nothing that I can find.

So I decides to turn to the community here and ask if anyone has any ideas?

I know it really should be a case if tough luck but I am.a truly passionate Xbox player, from merch, to events to playing and I genuinely think I would be a great Ambasador.

If that was your last enforcement action, you should be able to join as the requirement is that you not have had any enforcement actions within 1 year. You can verify your last enforcement action at http://enforcement.xbox.com
If that is the last one, you would need to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff for more information.

If you had previously signed up and gotten the enforcement action after signing up, you would not be eligible to rejoin the program.

It would probably be a better idea to have a PET review it rather then a ambasador though I see the requirments for ambasadors and they shouldn't be making choices that effect peoples money.

I believe if enough Ambassadors flag a G.T. a member of the enforcement team makes the final decision.

not bashing the ambasadors at all. MS keeps everyone in the dark and don't give ambasadors tools to truly help. the links and torublshooting listed on this website may help some issues but when a update is released with flaws MS should provide the proper
tools to the ambasadors. But 1 piece of advise to them is please don't explain to us there is no signs of a issue with this update, the urks us beyond belief. I appreciate all the ambasadors time with all the posts regarding this issue.

Use the xbox ambasador app on ypur xbox and see if ther is an Beta update (maby fixed)

If you've applied, and been denied, there's not much else that can be done.

You can still help people without being an Ambassador.
