    I bought a series a with all access last week. It came in Monday and ofc I was all excited to set it up. I got it set up and when I went to redeem my all access under my new account it asked me to enter my pass word. It’s saying the password my iPhone made was incorrect. It’s the only password I have saved for that account but any way I tried to reset password through Microsoft but they haven’t responded to my request yet to let me know if they will reset it for me. My question is, if I just delete that account and make a new one, can I claim the game pass on that account instead?

    Thanks. Just wanted to make sure. I guess I'll make arrangements. I could buy the system outright but the Xlive and game pass bundle is a nice Incentive to do the all access.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are inquiring about how to access the Xbox All Access promotion.

    At the moment the only way to buy Xbox All Access is to visit the
    Amazon website     and purchase it from them. However, its will available starting November 18th, 2019.
