Thank you! I was wondering if it's just a code you get or something that gets applied to the xbox account when all access is applied. But yes I know about the 3 year limitation that answer makes sense.

Once you purchase an Xbox All-Access you will be able to use it as well on your PC since you will be required to redeem the 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate directly on your account.

You would still keep your current Ultimate subscription. If you have 12 months or less left of your subscription, you can go ahead and redeem the 24 months from All Access and have up to 26 months. If you have more than 12 months left, you'll have to wait
to redeem the 24 months until then since you can't have more than 36 months at a time.
