Xbox All Access pre-order problems

Thought I got through on the pre-order for the Series X All Access, went through the credit app got approved, and was on the checkout screen. Microsoft store said the credit payment wasn't available after I had already taken the hard credit score hit. It
was also giving billing address issues.

The page then crashed and I get an error everytime i try to get back into the cart.

I did get an order # from the checkout screen, but never placed it. Been on hold with MS support for hours, but my phone will die before I get ahold of anyone.

Any suggestions?

I also got through, passed a hard check and afterwards it said order number# etc as well but the place order button was greyed out and unable to click. So is this just going to go as a wasted hard check on my credit now after being approved the line of
credit?

Please keep in mind its best not to use chrome for website issues or safari firefox and edge are best for most websites

You can pre-order with All Access. It would be the same as a normal pre-order except you don't have to pay all at once.
