Xbox All Access order errors

We understand your sentiment with the process of purchasing Xbox All Access. We know that you have contacted support and tried on different retailer to make the purchase. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

Based on your description, you already have Citizens account ready however upon submitting the application to purchase their is always Internal Error that happens. To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

1. May we ask for the service request number during your interaction? Please send it via Private Message (click here) or visit your profile (Namija) and select View Private Messages.
   
2. May we ask if your Citizens account has balance and activated?
   
3. May we ask if you tried to make a purchase last week or this week?

We appreciate further information you have shared. Thank you for the screenshot and since it has something to do with the logs that the application owner should check. May we ask if this was consulted to the bank? Or at least have made known where to check the logs?

From this statement, I saw your PM, but there is no option to reply on it so I will reply what I can here.

I have no idea who (if anyone) checked any logs. This was on their end (either Walmart’s or Citizen’s) and nobody has gotten back to me.

At this point, I probably will just cancel the citizen’s account since the purchase is seemingly impossible, unless someone can fix it in the next day or two.

I have the Citizens Account open but there is no balance on it. I have tried to make the purchase this week from both Walmart and GameStop but was met with the same error. I have the error screenshotted and attached.

Here is an update from the Internal Support Team regarding this issue that you may do either way:

You may try to repurchase the Xbox All Access from the the participating retailers and see if the same error will prompt.

Try to contact Citizen One Support and look for someone that finances Xbox for update about this purchasing issue.
