    xbox all access not renewing


    I have Xbox all access and previously had game pass ultimate.

    I stopped the payment for ultimate and the next month continued to have game pass ultimate through all access (i think)

    Yesterday my gamepass ultimate no longer works and my xbox console says I have claimed the all access pass

    I can not find anyone to resolve this?

    If I look in the xbox store under "my orders" it says "declined"

    Is there a setting I need to change somewhere?

    @Zen Like Calm - if you cancel plus or don't renew you do lose access to the games that you have got through plus ( only the free ones), but when you renew you get access to all the games that you got through plus again. even with the cloud for game saves
    on ps plus, if you don't renew you lose access but they do keep your saves there for 6 months and if you renew, you gain access to them again.

    Issue when triying to renew the game pass.

    Did you tried to renew it by browser?

    You can access it by accessing
    Account Microsoft    , sign in, go to Services & Subscriptions tab, in the new page, under Xbox Game Pass you will find it a "Renew" option, you should be able to renew it through there.
