XBOX ALL ACCESS - NEVER RECIEVED MY XBOX

my wife purchased an XBOX All Access through Best Buy and when she went to pick the XBOX X at the store said they had no record of the device. she spoke to a representative last night who said the order was fine. I need help with finding out what happened. . She has approval from Citizens One and a charge has been applied against the account at this time.

Thank you for the information. The credit was approved and we even talked to Microsoft Agent who said the order was fine and we should just go and pick the XBOX X up at the store today. I am mystified as to why this process is so hard

According to the Xbox All Access FAQ in BestBuy

"Please check with your nearest Best Buy store for specific console availability."

Maybe the store where she went didn't have consoles available for this program.

You may need to double check which store has the console available

In any case you need to contact Bestbuy due to you make the purchase with them.

In this case, your wife needs to double check if the credit has started with citizens one and contact BestBuy support to see how she can proceed (or if she had a confirmation order number for bestbuy, she can use it)

If possible could you specify where the message is coming from? At the top right corner it accesses the Xbox messages, not sure if this is different to what I'm supposed to be clicking on since this is the forum website.

The Xbox messages is where the message would be going to. So the messages on the top right corner would be correct or you can access them through your messages on the console or Xbox app.

Im sorry but theres no messages at all that contain the code, i dont know whats the name of the person im recieving the code from or if its directly from xbox live messages but i havent recieved anything. Not sure if theres a way for you to access my messages
but theres literally nothing i have recieved

I never recieved a XBOX Live membership at all was i supposed to well if i was i didnt and if i wasnt Well then this is just a false message
