Xbox all access gamepass issue

Hello.

I was wondering if anyone could help with an issue I'm having?

I received my xbox series x today and booted it up. I went to claim my all access pass in the account settings screen and when I press claim it it goes through the process but then stops. It comes up with a message try that again, something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. At the bottom it has a message of PUR-BadRequest and some long code.

I went in some forums and they stated to cancel the gold subscription I have. After having doing that the message will occasionally say try signing in (even though I am signed in) but when tried again it goes back to the above message.

I will try to contact a Microsoft agent in the morning but just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and if so we're you able to solve it?

I am having the same issue. Contacted live agent and they had to elevate it. She even quit my existing Xbox subscriptions that I had. How can this not be fixed? What am I supposed to do? I’m not paying an extra $14.99 when it’s already a part of my $34.99 I am paying.

Don’t currently have Xbox live subscription at all.

Is your xbox gold.membership more then a year?

If so that would be why

Because you are adding 2 years upgrade to your membership you are over the 3years cap

Okay,

You won't have Gamepass.

Gamepass is a subscription that provides access to a library of games that can be played without purchasing them. Similar to Netflix.

While "Gamepass Ultimate" provided access to that same library and also gives access to Xbox Gold and EA Play.

Ea Play is also like gamepass that offers their own game library that can be accessed while the Subscription is active.

With Gamepass Ultimate, you'll have Gold, Gamepass, and Ea Play all in one Subscription.

However, what you purchased (Xbox Live) is Xbox Gold. This is a subscription that provides access to online gaming.

It is not Gamepass so if you are looking for an active Gamepass after redeeming that 12-month Subscription, Gamepass will not show but Xbox Live or Xbox Gold should show.

Is that showing up at all?
