    So i am somewhat confused. I got the notifications from Microsoft about this for the 22nd. I check the site snd it shows you now have to use Citizens one instead of the dell preferred account i opened with you last year to do this. I contacted MS Support
    who told me that i coild use my dell account but i had to go to best buy to do so. Of course best Buy says no we do. Ot and you need to talk To Microsoft. At this point I am very frustrated.

    1. Can i do the all access pass when i preorder the xbox series x on 22nd using my dell preferred account set up in the Microsoft store?

    2. Can i use this at best buy like she said or do i have to open ANOTHER credit line with citizens one?

    Xbox series X, your Retailers are stealing from your customers

    If you don't trust the retailers, you'll never get an Xbox series x anytime soon.

    I stay in the UK and one of those retailers has the Xbox series s and x available but you have to take it with Xbox all access to pay the console off over 2 years.

    This retailer is the probably the only one autherised by Microsoft to sell the Xbox series s/x via Xbox all access in the UK.

    The All Access is so you can get an Xbox One now and then upgrade to a Series X when it's released basically. So you wouldn't get the option to purchase the Series X yet.

    1. Screenshots & videos can still be accessed on the Series X|S so long as they have been uploaded to Xbox Live.

    2. Clubs are still accessible and manageable on the Xbox Series X|S

    3. Yes, you can play with friends who use the Xbox One if you use the Series X|S

    4. Yes achievements transfer as they are on your account.
