Xbox all access and Amazon

I'm trying to get the all access bundle but can't get any responses from citizens one bank through Amazon and Amazon has no idea what I'm trying to get very frustrating. Any help will be appreciated.

I got the same message. Extremely disappointed. The only reason I purchased the all access package was for the upgrade path. Without that - I really didn't need another XBone in the house (it's our 6th one) - just wanted the upgrade option.... now

Basically yoy nedd to be in an all access region and find a retailer that is all access

Bestbuy etc etc depending on yiur region
