Xbox All Access Amazon purchase.

I originally did All Access through Amazon. They stopped the program but I was still making payments to Citizens one. The day finally came where I was eligible for an upgrade. I did so through Gamestop. I was sent the upgrade kit and now my console is lost. I am now stuck with a new xbox all access payment even though I 'upgraded'. No one knows what to do. I think the address that I sent my xbox to was an old Amazon facility. How can I fix this?

Unfortunately this issue can only be addressed by Gamestop and the courier company. You'll need to get in touch with them to retrieve the console.

I got the same message. Extremely disappointed. The only reason I purchased the all access package was for the upgrade path. Without that - I really didn't need another XBone in the house (it's our 6th one) - just wanted the upgrade option.... now

Basically yoy nedd to be in an all access region and find a retailer that is all access
