    Xbox AI is shit and I can say why


    I love playing with my friends, joking around in matches, and being part of the online community. People genuinely enjoy my humor and often look to play with me. But now, because of a single automated decision, I can’t connect with them, play my favorite games, or engage in activities I’ve looked forward to for years.

    The kicker? Other players in the same matches used far worse language, including racial slurs and offensive jokes, and they weren’t punished at all. Meanwhile, my account got flagged and hit with a one-year ban.

    I’ve done everything I can: appealed through enforcement.xbox.com, contacted Xbox Support multiple times, filed a BBB complaint, and even escalated to Microsoft Corporate. Every response said the case is final and they “can’t help.”

    I understand Xbox wants a safe and respectful community — that’s fair. But AI moderation without proper human review hurts real people, especially when context and provocation aren’t considered. There’s no transparency, and the punishment feels extreme compared to what others got away with.

    Has anyone else experienced this kind of inconsistent AI ban or overly harsh automated enforcement? Any advice on how to get a human review would be appreciated. I just want a fair chance to participate again, without losing my friends and online community in the meantime.

    I mean why the F*** buy a digital download if it shits the bed. How can they justify this? I mean the whole dam game is downloaded on my harddrive, how can it not start it???! SERIOUSLY WTF!

    MCC install and acess problems Steam/Microsoft store.

    I have done as of two days ago, still heard nothing back. I installed on my laptop for shits and giggles and the prompt went through but I cant run the game on my laptop cause its horrible and old.

    Not sure why this pc even after fresh install and deleting of shit still persists.

    I guess a reinstall of windows will fix it? but that's asking TON for one game.

    terrible system for this launch.
