Xbox agent failed to provide essential information and now I can't play 90% of the games I ...

I called Xbox support yesterday with hopes to resolve a hardware issue between my console and controllers. The agent on the phone recommended I try a "factory reset" on the console as it may fix the issue. However, he did not notify me that it would remove
all other accounts on the console and the old games purchased on said accounts. I called xbox for the 2nd time today and they basically told me to deal with it because the old account that was deleted had a permanent ban. I understand i forfeit all content
when an account gets banned but I didn't lose my purchases because of the account's ban. I lost the ability to play these games and now am required to pay for them a second time because the agent did not make me aware that this issue would arise. Approximately
90% of the games I had on my console were from my old account but were still playable because I have the same e-mail on my newer account.

Forum Guidelines] This is a serious problem that no Xbox customer should ever have to experience. I really hope my issue is looked into and resolved. Xbox prides itself with supporting their customers and providing their players with the best experience
possible therefore I hope this isn't overlooked and pushed away.

Message "Can't Download ..."

I updated the information on the location on both my account and the account I purchased it at full price on. I allowed 12 hours for the information to update then I tried downloading it again. Unfortunately I met the same outcome of a failed download. I
checked the transaction log of the account I purchased it on and the transaction is there but I still can't download the game.

 

Can't download Dr. Kawashima's Body and Brian Exercises

Hi,

I have purchased Body and Brain Kinect game and tried to download it. The download failed with above message "Can't download Dr. Kawashima's Body and Brain Exercises" and moved me to the page, where it shows that I have no more downloads pending.

There is no error code or any other error message i could provide.

I found this problem on the Internet (http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/27/p/1478759/3731567.aspx) and it was solved by clearing the system and marketplace cache, this didn't work for me.

Steps already taken:

Marketplace system data deleted,

System Cache Deleted

XBOX 360 rebooted couple times

Repeated downloads

Everything failed and I can't get the purchased game on my xbox yet. Any suggestion, please ?

There's nothing to resolve.

It does tell you that all accounts will be removed if you do a factory reset & if you have deleted a account that had a permanent ban then there is nothing you or anyone else can do.

The account & any games bought with that account are gone.

If you want the games again you will have to pay for them.
