Xbox addon not installing

I recently started playing a game the hunter call of the wild again when I ran into an issue where my Addons purchased and says owned in the store but will delete itself after I install it even when I restart the console or delete the game and reinstall it the addon will still not install

i have fh4 on the xbox and a lot of addons, i went to install it on my pc but on the microsoft store it doesnt show the actual game only the addons and its installed on my xbox acc, any fixes?

I've gone into the managed addons for Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls Ultimate Evil edition, pressed on the game picture on the right to manage game and addons, the next screen should list all addons available including any installed or not installed (if there are any) and there is nothing, only the game install listed.

I've also looked at the game on the Microsoft store to see if there is any addons listed there, again no addons.

I've also gone into the Xbox 360 version online out of desperation to try and get this game content and it lists only the Diablo 3 content available on the Xbox 360 which there is 2 of them listed but they were released way back in the past nearly a decade ago..

Hi there Nathan welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Try the following!

Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Settings.

Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Allow the console to restart when prompted.

It depends on what you purchased.

Some AddOns are "consumables", meaning that after you puchased it, you can purchase it again.

A good example are vCoins in Fortnite. You may purchase it once, but you can consume these vCoins, it's not a permanent addon like a DLC, you can purchase it again to get more of it.

If it is not a consumable addon, maybe the store didn't really load yet. You install AddOns when pressing the menu button in the games menu and going on addons, then go to the ready to install part and it should be there waiting to be installed, unless it
is already installed.

If it's not there at all, it would surely make sense to have a look at the recent purchases in your microsoft account.
