    Xbox adaptive controller / thrustmaster

I am currently using Xbox adaptive controller. All the external buttons plugged into the XAC are working fine however I purchased a thrust master joystick Model:4460168 to use as a joystick and it is not working with the XAC. Does anyone have any experience using the thrust master as a joystick with the XAC or is it just not compatible?

    :)

    Xbox adaptive controller / thrustmaster

    Hi Mr.Tentacles,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Is the ThrustMaster showing up in your Xbox Accessories app when connected? Also keep in mind that the Thrustmaster T.Flight maybe considered a high-powered USB device and may require additional power so make sure that you are using the AC adapter while the joystick is connected.

Only whitelisted devices like the Logitech 3D pro can be used with the XAC. If you plug it into your computer like normal, and the game supports joysticks, you should be able to use it that way. Only the whitelisted devices may be used with an Xbox Console

It does not look like it is compatible with Xbox One out of the box. You would need to use something like Xim or the adaptive controller to directly use it on the console.

You might want to look into something directly compatible, like the
    Thrustmaster T.Flight HOTAS here
, which is, and only marginally more expensive.
