Xbox adaptive controller issues

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums. I understand you're having issues with an Xbox One Adaptive Controller. Can u give us a bit more information about the issue you're experiencing? Do you own a specific Joystick that you are not able to use
with the Adaptive controller?

Do you happen to use a Computer Adapter for the Controllers ? A similliar issues happend to a friend when the pc Adapter tried to connect to the Controller while this one was beeing in use by the xbox.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your questions. As the adaptive controller is a newer controller there are many ways to change the functionality of the adaptive controller. Here is the

adaptive controller FAQ. Most all functions can be changed or re-mapped through the Xbox accessories app.
