Xbox acting weird

Xbox problems: does anyone know why this happens? It’ll be running fine but then will freeze like this, and then when I hard reset it it will take like 3 hours to get the green boot screen. Sometimes I can’t even play games because it’ll just say took
to long to start. Can someone help?

Nope...It still happens...The light will go off random times and wont come back on, but my controller and everything else works normally.As I said I have OCD so this is a huge deal for me. Im also worried my console is reaching its end.

I have it on top of my desk not choking off the air flow really, on top of crashing the pictures below show what the textures are doing across a couple of games.

Do you have any other power cable to use to test if it's the problem?

Also can you connect your external hard drive to another device (like a computer) to see if it connects properly?

I am not a member of the preview program, I did try the full hard reset that deleted everything and that didn't help that's where the pictures above came from. I played rainbow six siege, rocket league, and assassins creed odyssey. I didn't run into any
texture problems with those three games but rocket league had a couple of crashes/freezing, rainbow six siege only froze briefly before one match and then caught up and had no further problems and assassins creed is running flawless.
